DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders under £60 are subject to a flat rate delivery charge.
Orders over £60 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to bring you an extensive range of products, we have some new measures in place. To keep the cost of our products down & reduce our carbon footprint, some of our larger items are shipped directly to you from our major suppliers. In this case your items may take up to 14 days to arrive and could be subject to import fees. Customers are responsible for import and duty fees.
We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all of our deliveries in the UK.
Please allow 3-7 working days from when you are notified of dispatch. We DO NOT offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
When will my order be delivered?
If everything you’ve ordered is in stock, we aim to package & dispatch within 3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note, larger items (such as furniture, mirrors, lighting) can take up to 14 days to be delivered.
As some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers OR your order contains a bespoke Macrame piece (3-4 weeks production), you may receive items from your order at different times. We aim to send out as much as possible in one delivery.
WLK dispatch orders during standard working hours Monday- Friday (excluding bank holidays).
During holidays periods your order may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
MADE TO ORDER:
All Macrame products are hand-made (by Polly) to order and therefore take a little longer. Please allow 3-4 weeks minimum for the production of all large Macrame wall hangings (bespoke and online designs). When ordering our bespoke piece, please refer to the product information for an approximate production time. You will be informed once your order is ready to be shipped, from then it takes a standard 3-7 days to arrive. Thank you for your patience with our bespoke collection. ALL MACRAME IS NON REFUNDABLE.
We accept returns for online purchases.
ONLINE: If you have changed your mind, please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days and we’ll give you an exchange or refund (excluding delivery fees), as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns.
Whole Lotta Knots unfortunately does not accept refunds or returns on all Macrame products and dried floristry. Please check the details in the product description on sizing and design before ordering.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and safely to withstand return delivery. Failure to do so may result in items not being refunded.
WLK recommends that goods are returned using an insured, registered delivery service with tracking. WLK does not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
WLK will not be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
