Inspired by her travels, Polly has developed an exclusive home fragrance collection to compliment her unique finds from evocative locations across the globe. Every candle is handmade in Bath and set in 100% natural soy wax with an impressive 60 hour burn time. Fill your home and enlighten your senses with fragrance from India, Morocco, Indonesia and the ocean.

Hand-blended and poured in Bath, England. 

Our fragrance oils are phthalate & paraben free.



Safety Recommendations:
- Always trim the wick to 3-5mm before lighting.
- Don't burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.
- Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Do not place candles by a draft.
- Don’t burn a candle all the way down. We recommend leaving 5mm of wax in the container.
- Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out.
- Keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring.

When will my order be delivered?

If everything you’ve ordered is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

All of the items on your order will be dispatched together. If you have a bespoke item in your order, this means everything will be delivered when your bespoke piece is ready (i.e. Macrame). If you would like to receive other items in your order, in advance, please contact to book and pay for additional delivery.

WLK dispatch orders during standard working hours Monday- Friday (excluding bank holidays).
During holidays periods your order may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

All Macrame products are hand-made (by Polly) to order and therefore take a little longer. Please allow 3-4 weeks minimum for the production of all large Macrame wall hangings (bespoke and online designs). When ordering our bespoke piece, please refer to the product information for an approximate production time. You will be informed once your order is ready to be shipped, from then it takes a standard 3-5 days to arrive. Thank you for your patience with our bespoke collection. ALL MACRAME IS NON REFUNDABLE.

We hope that you love your new decor as much as we do, however we also understand sometimes things are not quite right....

We accept returns for both ONLINE & IN-STORE purchases.

ONLINE: If you have changed your mind, please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days and we’ll give you an exchange or refund (excluding delivery fees), as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. 

IN-STORE: Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Please note: in-store returns are only accepted during the period that the POP-UP shops are open, please check with us if you are unsure before purchasing a product. 

Whole Lotta Knots unfortunately does not accept refunds or returns on all Macrame products and dried floristry. Please check the details in the product description on sizing and design before ordering.


  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and safely to withstand return delivery. Failure to do so may result in items not being refunded.
  • WLK recommends that goods are returned using an insured, registered delivery service with tracking. WLK does not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • WLK will not be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
